Zultan Balashin (Ukranian: Зултан Балашин) was a Ukrainian boxer in Las Vegas. He appears boxing with Yuri Karpov and his girlfriend Tamara in the audience of the boxing stadium. He presumably died either when the earthquake hit Vegas or definitely later when the volcanic ash cloud engulfs it, as it's arguable he would have known about the apocalypse.
