The Vice President was an unnamed individual who served as the Vice President under the late President Thomas Wilson. The Vice President was killed when his helicopter went down in an ash cloud outside of Pittsburgh, his death gave the title of commander-in-chief to the Speaker of the House, although the Speaker of the House goes missing and is presumed dead, so the title of commander-in-chief is taken by the Chief of Staff, Carl Anheuser.
