The North Pole was a geographical location on Earth. Its original position was the Arctic Circle, making it the top of the world. During the 2012 apocalypse, the North Pole was hit by earthquakes and due to Earth Crust Displacement, the North Pole was shifted more than a thousand miles. When the crust stopped shifting, the North Pole's original position is now at the place where Asia originally was and the new location of the North Pole is possibly in the Indian Ocean.
