New York City was a city located in New York. It was the most populous city in the state. It is also home to the famous Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park, and Rockerfeller Center.
It wasn't known if New York City was mentioned. But in one of the scenes, where President Thomas Wilson was giving his address to what was happening across the world, New York City was shown, but it only shown Times Square, and not the entire city. As the signal to President Thomas Wilson was cut off, everyone started to panic. However, during the 2012 Apocalypse, it may not be known if New York City was either incinerated from the ash cloud, but it is presumable that the city is underwater from the Worldwide Flooding.
