The Comoros Islands were an island country in the warm Indian Ocean waters of the Mozambique Channel. Its capital was Moroni.

During the 2012 apocalypse, the Comoros Islands were hit by massive earthquakes, which killed millions of people living on the islands before a megatsunami swept the whole islands under several feet of water during the Worldwide Flooding.

When the apocalypse ended, the Comoros Islands are left with extreme damage and are rendered uninhabitable, until it rose above the sea level when the floodwaters began to recede, and became habitable, along with the rest of Africa.
